Your 'Blair and Chuck' Wedding Day begins here...
07.30 am Your Hair and Make up stylists from SB Beauty will arrive at your Hotel where they will style and pamper Lucy, her 4 Bridesmaids, Lucy's Sister-in-Law and the Mother of the Bride into real life New York princesses. Styling should finish around 12.00pm, and during this time Lucy's friend Charlotte Leatherbarrow will capture photographs of the Bridal group prior to departing for Central Park.
12.15 pm New York Cabs will arrive outside the Mid Town Convention Center Hotel to escort Marc and his guests (19) on the 25 minute journey to Central Park where you will meet your Wedding Officiant, Rev. Annie Lawrence, at the W.72nd St & Central Park West entrance of Central Park. You will all then make the 10-15 minute walk to Bethesda Arcade. Hollie Eryes (Wedding Coordinator) will however remain at the entrance and await the arrival of the Bridal Party.
Marc's anticipated arrival at the W.72nd St & Central Park West entrance of Central Park is 12.40pm, however should you find yourselves arriving earlier, PLEASE remain at the entrance and await the arrival of your Wedding Officiant, Rev. Annie Lawrence.
12.20 pm The Mother of the Bride with the 4 Bridesmaids (5) will leave the Mid Town Convention Center Hotel in their New York Cab and head off on the 25 minute journey to Central Park.
…Shortly followed by Lucy and her Father in their separate New York Cab.
The Bridal Parties anticipated arrival at the W.72nd St & Central Park West entrance of Central Park is 12.45pm, however should you find yourselves arriving earlier, PLEASE remain at the entrance with Hollie Eryes (Wedding Coordinator).
12.50 pm On arrival at Bethesda Arcade, Marc and his guests will hear your chosen pieces of music being played by your Musician, Scott Kacenga, and you will be welcomed by your Photographer Vito Kwan and his team from Jasmine Photo and your Web Technician who will be ready and waiting to Live stream your Wedding to everybody back home!
The Bridal Party having being met by Hollie Eryes (Wedding Coordinator) at the W.72nd St & Central Park West entrance of Central Park will all then make the 10-15 minute walk to Bethesda Arcade.
As you get closer Hollie Eryes (Wedding Coordinator) and the Mother of the Bride will leave the Bridal Party and re-join the Wedding Party within Bethesda Arcade.
The Bridesmaids will then walk ahead of Lucy and her Father down the steps of Bethesda Terrace, shortly followed by Lucy and her Father moments later and will hear the subtle sounds of Canon in D being played in the distance by your Musician Scott Kacenga. The Wedding Party will then be formally welcomed by your Wedding Officiant, Rev. Annie Lawrence.
1:00 pm Your Ceremony will begin, during which your chosen reading 'Love is a Temporary Madness' will be read by Laura Westlake.
1.20 pm Congratulations! You are now Husband and Wife. Once the Wedding License has been signed, your Wedding Officiant, Rev. Annie Lawrence will have a quick photo with you both then bid you farewell...
...leaving you with Vito Kwan and his Team who will photograph you in the vicinity of Bethesda Terrace/Fountain which affords magnificent views across the Lake. Following this stop, you will then head to nearby Bow Bridge to capture the most romantic photos of the Lake and the breathtaking Manhattan skyline and if time allows before you catch the New York Trolley Bus you will then visit nearby Wagner Cove for more photo opportunities. During this time Hollie Eryes (Wedding Coordinator) will ensure that the Wedding Party remain together at all times, and that the Timeline is strictly adhered to.
Your Photography hire contract is from 12.50pm-3.50pm, approx. 50 minutes of which will be utilised on the New York Trolley Bus for a quick photo stop at Grand Central Station. Once Vito Kwan has disembarked the Trolley Bus, you will continue on your tour of New York for the remaining duration.
3.00 pm Your Wedding Party will have made the short 10 minute walk to the E.72nd St & 5th Avenue entrance of Central Park where you will be met by your New York Trolley Bus driver who will welcome you aboard. You will then embark on a sightseeing tour of New York, stopping off at Grand Central Station for your final photo shoot.
3.50 pm Once the final shot is taken, your Photographer, Vito Kwan will bid you farewell and leave you all to carry on your sightseeing tour before heading back to Central Park.
5.00 pm Your Wedding Party will then be dropped back off at the E.72nd St & 5th Avenue entrance of Central Park, where you will all then make the short walk to The Loeb Boathouse for your Wedding Dinner, where your names will be known and a warm welcome will be given to you all, and you can rest assured that Married in Manhattan will be raising a glass to toast your health and happiness on your special day!
Your Dinner Reservation is 5.30pm, however should you find yourselves arriving earlier, you are welcome to enjoy celebratory drinks in one of the bars including the outdoor bar (weather permitting) which are both open whilst the restaurant is closed.
7:30 pm The Party continues! The Wedding party will make the short walk to the E.72nd St & 5th Avenue entrance of Central Park and hail New York Cabs and travel to Peter Dillons on 36 where you will enjoy further celebrations no doubt into the small hours ...
